Fills the gap.

A text that should be on the ticket. A quote that should show its margin. An agent that needs you, lost in tab nine. Every tool leaves a gap. We build the piece that fills it: TextSend for Zendesk, Ovenvue for bakeries, Bitcrew for your terminals.

Every tool starts as a gap.

Three gaps, found in real work. Scroll, and each one is drawn, then drawn shut.

Gap 01 · Zendesk

The number goes to a personal phone.

A customer would rather text than email. So the agent copies the number off the ticket, picks up their own phone, and the conversation leaves the record.

TextSend puts the text on the ticket. It leaves from your own Twilio number, and the reply comes back as a private note, with its delivery status.

Gap 02 · Small bakeries

The price is a guess.

A message asks for 48 croissants for a wedding. The baker works out the cost on a napkin between batches, quotes by feel, and learns the margin after the order is gone.

Ovenvue costs every recipe to the cent. A quote shows its margin before the baker says yes, then goes out by message with the deposit details.

Gap 03 · AI coding agents

The agent waits in tab nine.

Five agents run across three projects. One stops to ask a question in a terminal tab that nobody has open, and the work stops with it.

Bitcrew gives every terminal and agent a name and a face, groups them by project, and puts the one that needs you at the top.

Three on the board.

One is about to launch. Two are in development, drawn in full. Each gets a plain status line, and a price before it goes on sale.

In development · Bakeries

Know your margin before you say yes.

A back office for small bakeries, built for the phone between batches. Recipes, quotes, orders, stock and money live in one place, so the price on a quote comes from what the order really costs.

  • Recipe costs flow into quotes, orders and stock
  • The margin on every quote, before you say yes
  • Quotes go out by message, with the deposit details

Drawn before it is built.

Before any code, each product gets four sheets. These are the four for the TextSend sidebar.

  1. Measure the gap.

We start where the team already works and measure what is missing. We count the steps, the tabs and the copy and paste that the work takes today.

  2. Draw it inside the host.

The product uses the host platform's own components and patterns, so it reads as part of the tool, not as one more tab to learn.

  3. Build one job, completely.

One job, with the hard parts finished: the edge cases, the error messages, and what happens when you uninstall.

  4. Write down every promise.

Price, data region and what happens to your data go on the page in plain words, before launch, not after a sales call.

Security & data.

Five limits every product is built to, then the TextSend data sheet. Send this section to whoever signs off on a new app.

Host-nativeFeels like part of the platform.
Our add-ons use the host platform's own components, patterns and language, so work shows up where the team already is. Our standalone products do one job and don't ask you to move the rest of your work into them.
Per accountOne price per account, not per seat.
A plan covers everyone on the account, so adding a person never changes the bill. Every price is on the page before you install.
Stays putYour data stays in your tools.
Customer messages stay where your team already works, not in an Ampliat inbox. Ovenvue takes deposits through Stripe's hosted checkout, so card details never reach Ovenvue. Bitcrew runs on your Mac.
Leaves cleanUninstall, and it is deleted.
Remove a product and its account data is deleted, on a timeline written down before launch. TextSend starts within 30 days, usually after about a week.
1–2 daysA person answers support.
Write to support@textsend.app and a person replies within 1 business day on Pro, or 2 on Starter. Support is part of the price, not an add-on.

How do I buy an Ampliat product?

TextSend launches soon as a Zendesk Support app; textsend.app has the details. Ovenvue is not on sale yet, and Bitcrew will be free. Leave your email below to hear the day each one ships.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, from launch. TextSend will start a 14-day trial of the Pro plan when you install it, one per account. Zendesk will ask for a card at install, and the first charge will come when the trial ends.

Do you charge per seat?

No. A TextSend plan covers every agent on the account. Plans differ in sending numbers and features, not people; the TextSend card above lists both.

Do you build custom software?

No. Ampliat LLC makes its own products and sells them as they are. Support for those products is included; bespoke development isn't something we offer.

What's next?

More products, one at a time. Leave your email below and you'll hear about each one on the day it ships, and nothing else.

Independent, by design.

Ampliat LLC is an independent software company. We build the products we want to exist: a small number of them, made carefully, and improved for as long as people use them. The name means amplify, expand, grow, which is what a good tool does for the team using it.
